We also produce modular tools for such turning applications.   PCBN and PCD tools cBN is an ultra-hard cutting tool material consisting of polycrystalline cubic boron nitride with a metallic or ceramic binder. cBN is applied to TAC inserts (indexable inserts), drills, endmills, etc. cBN tools permit metal cutting at feeds and speeds much higher than conventional cutting tools materials.
